"The gentleman on the phone sounded extremely nice to whomever he talked to for a very long time as my husband and I were blatently ignored in the office by he and his colleague (who was not on the phone). I'm not sure if it's because we pulled up in an old truck or not, but the whole situation distinctly lacked customer service."
